Cancellation and refund policy

This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine, and to ensure appointments are managed fairly.
Appointments
All appointments are booked in advance and reserved specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.
Notice period
I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
This allows me to offer the time to another client.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
- Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice
- Missed appointments (no-shows)
may be charged in full.
This applies to both in-person and online sessions.
Illness or emergencies
I understand that unexpected situations arise.
If you are unwell or there is a genuine emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always aim to be reasonable where circumstances are unavoidable.
Online sessions
For online appointments, please ensure you:
- are in a private, quiet space
- have a stable internet connection
Technical issues on the client’s side that prevent the session from taking place may be treated as a late cancellation.
Packages of sessions
Where sessions are purchased as a package:
- Packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place
- Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe
Details will be explained clearly before booking.
Therapist cancellations
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel an appointment, you will be offered:
- a rescheduled session, or
- a full refund for that session
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for:
- late cancellations
- missed appointments
Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
